Everything one my site is handmade to order therefore I do NOT accept refunds, unless you've ordered something custom and there has been a mistake on my part (i.e. misspelled name) you will  be asked to send the tumbler back, once received I can either fix it or make a new one, but I will need the tumbler back first!
